Bj's Brewhouse North Olmsted

The server was very nice, but not well supported. We were there for a bit over two and a half hours. Our reservation was for 6. We had to ask for a different table in the area as we requested. The area was open and available for seating The server was in the weeds most of the night because he was swamped with tables. He might have been new, but had no training support from peers until one lady in our party had to go find someone who was off the clock. I ran full service restaurants for 12 years. I never saw a manager last night covering the floor. We have come here on a regular basis for several years. I hope for improvement and we will try one more time. I will not recommend until we come in one more time

We ordered the Siracha Queso Dip and chips, and the chips were not crispy.... very pliable. Had to ask our server to take them back and try again. The food was warm but not hot coming out...but tasty. I expected more for my first time at this restaurant...but I would give it one more try.

Food took awhile to be delivered to table and a few of our orders were sent back as they were cold when delivered. Also, 2 orders were incorrect.

Great service and a wide variety of items on menu (especially liked the addition of the 8 oz. filet mignon). Atmosphere always lively and fun. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

In and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday night felt weird. Also spent $80 on 2 people with only purchasing 2 entrees and an appetizer. Way too expensive for me so won’t be back soon.
