Painters Homemade Ice Cream

This place has good creamy ice cream with multiple flavors to choose from. The price is a little high, costing between $6-$12 depending on what you order. The service is less friendly and more business focused. Overall, its an ice cream place you can enjoy with no frills.

Below average ice cream, exceedingly rude customer service. If there was a way to leave 0 stars, I would. The taste of the ice cream wasn?t good, it tasted artificial and left a bad taste in our mouths. As far as customer service, I got a sundae with whip cream even though I asked for no whip cream, well the guy walked to trash can and flicked off the whip cream. Really?!?! Home made ice cream! What more needs to be said? We saw the length of the line on our way past it to the Boardwalk area. We absolutely HAD to stop here on our way back and we weren't disappointed! The length of the line was still 20 people deep and had presumably been like that all day, that right there should be testament to the quality of the treaty you're in for. Stopped in last night to give it a try. Everyone in my group received their ice cream except me (1 scoop in a cup). Waited a few minutes but as everyone after us started getting their orders, I tried to get their attention in the window. The guy snapped well what did you have??
