Nacho Hippo - North Myrtle Beach

AVOID. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this warrants one. The food was not very good like Taco Bell or Moes quality for 3x the price and for less food. Service was decent if very harried due to short staffing. The positive reviews are a scam. They have a photographer who comes to the table at the end of the meal with a printed photo of your group. He offers to give you the photo ONLY IF you leave a 5 star review. (He has to take a picture of it on your phone. . So the positive reviews are really generated by that it seems.

Stopped back to this unique restaurant while we're visiting for the next few days. Who could forget Nacho Hippo!? Love the vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed the food a flavorful chicken fajita was heads above the rest. Totally turned on to their Cilantro Lime Vinegarette on a NH Grande Salad in a sweet delicious tortilla shell. If you want a fun and tasty experience visit the Nacho Hippo. You will be glad that you did!

Nacho Hippo is a lively restaurant with delicious food. We tried the Hungry Hippo nachos, and they were fantastic—loaded with toppings! We always look forward to visiting whenever we’re in the area.
