Firehouse Subs Gator Hole

Ordered a big steak and cheese with everything to go. This is what I got when I opened it at home. Really disappointing after someone recommended them.

I liked it for the first time in the Firehouse. You should buy better quality bread imo. All other straight

They weren't as good as they used to. The bread was not so fresh, there was not so much meat and less grill sauce. The cheese was melted, but the bread did not seem warm enough

I ordered my sub. 3 girls near the sandwich station talked for 15 minutes with 3 parties waiting for food. Nobody does anything. The young lady who manages took the orders and nothing else than talking to others. No hectic, whatever. Food is always good, but my goodness we have 11 people waiting for food and many chatter and stand around w the help

I live in the area and constantly crave firehouse so today I decided to finally go. I also see some recent bad reviews that make no sense.. I walked in and was greeted by every single employee, my 4 subs were made quickly and as I left, every employee then told me to have a great day. So idk what these reviews about rude and slow employees are about at all. ????????
