Ihop - North Miami Beach

This was absolutely the worse visit we’ve had to an iHop location. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our food, we noticed the server touching the food with her bare hands, the food was cold, the eggs were over cooked on the outside and undercooked inside, and the chicken was burned. Unfortunately we were in a rush and had to eat what we could after waiting almost 20 minutes. This is definitely a location we will not be setting foot in again.

I found a spider and hair in my food! This is a terrible place to order from. I will be contacting corporate about this issue. I placed my order through Postmates on 2/4/23. It is disgusting! Postmates is saying this order is not eligible for a refund. How is that possible? The spider is stuck inside the container. I will be sending a formal email and calling corporate about this. Please check your food before eating and do not eat in the dark.

I arrived at IHOP to hoping I would be able to redeem my birthday reward voucher. Sadly, I was told by a worker named Jeff that the computer system is down. Although I suggested that I want to redeem my birthday reward certificate (buttermilk pancakes) before the expiration, but he refused to help me. What a huge inconvenience for IHOP rewards members! I guessed I won’t be enjoying my birthday gift.

Our waitress was so wonderful she had blonde treads. I do not remember her name, but you guys need to get Her!!! The chef back there, he was just awesome. Everything tasted so great. He even came to our table and spoke to us!!

$16 for 2 eggs , 2 horrible grease pencils posing as sausages , two strips of fat disguised as bacon , stale toast , and 2 Decent pancakes delivered by a not so nice waiter who I had to remind to bring me a glass of water. Jesus h. C. What a joke . Coffee was OK.
