Panera Bread - North Little Rock

The pick 2 is a great lunch choice. I had the smokehouse bbq chicken and French onion soups. Both are great choices especially the soup on a crisp Autumn day. Staff is friendly, food is delicious and prepared quickly. I had a lemon cookie and it was delicious. Can't go wrong with Panera

The staff is always genuinely and authentically happy to see you when you open the door and step in. Someone will always greet with a big smile. I work in the same shopping area and it it always pleasant walking in. And the coffee is always hot and always great!!!

This is the only panera with me and I often command it, but they need some serious management adjustments. Literally almost every time I order in this place, there is an aspect of order that is grounded. They are consistent from simple things, for example tea, or the orders are only reallt sloppy, and there are areas in the restaurant that need repairs or are simply not clean. Apparently, some employees are friemd and big, but others seem very annoyed that you are there at all and I have accused them loudly on several occasions that they are not paid enough to do what they are asked, which is very unprofessional. It is regrettable because I love her food, but this place seems to have only consistent problems and as a loyal customer it is frustrating.

They are usually great but they were sold out of my croissants on this visit. I wanted to try all the new summer beverages.. a very nice selection but I myself did not care for any of them, very sour. Pleasant outdoor seating in a picturesque surrounding at the Lakewood Village, North Little Rock Arkansas location
