Firehouse Subs Lakewood

The personal is not very welcoming. a baptized customer waited for their orders and the personal would not recognize who the order was ready. they would just put it in the pickup shelf and move on. I always had to check if it was my order. To be honest, I should have really gone to jimmy john’s. they never cheated on them my sandwich was mostly brot. it was a sad sandwich that will not come back well. then they are much better.

I never had firehouse subs, but I got a gift card for christmas and decided to try it. it was 7:30 and I was the only person there. I went in and was enslaved by the employees. they would not look at me, would not talk to me, not even their body language showed a recognition of my existence. I asked the girl behind the register when they were closed and she ignored me. I tried to say hello that the employee was kept and ignored the chips. I just walked out. it was an extremely unpleasant and unwilling experience and I will not come back. 10 of 10 do not recommend.

I was the only customer in the load, no one spoke when I entered, they all cleaned the tables behind the counter, waited a few minutes. then some finally came into the register (still not spoken) said what I can get them. rude, bad customer service I will not go back to this place

It is 18:26 there is no one in this place. there are three employees behind the counter. the one and only weeping that made command was more concerned to eat ice out of her cup than to take my order. none of the other employees said it was like I was an inconvenience from there.

Came here today and it was not very busy, but the employees were literally standing there doing nothing. There were customers who had been waiting over an hour for a sandwich, which is unrealistic, given how few customers were there. The employees there all looked like they were high. One employee even walked out. It seemed as though none of the employees knew how to make a sandwich. Manager, or who I’m assuming was the manager, seemed inconvenienced when several customers had asked for their money back because an hour is way too long to wait for their food. Will NOT be returning to this location ever again!!!!! My order was not correct either!! TERRIBLE service!
