Tabanka A Trini Kitchen

Tabanca provided a wonderful "welcome home" experience. The service was outstanding, and we were well looked after. The food was delicious, and we even bought some extra to take home. I absolutely loved the coconut and currant rolls! I felt safe dining inside since it was quite empty. My friend and I enjoyed almost two hours of eating and chatting while traditional Trini Christmas parang music played softly in the background.

They serve the best doubles! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent.

The best doubles in South Florida! Everything on the menu is fantastic as well! The goat roti, bake and shark, and crab and dumplings are all must-tries!

I love this restaurant. The Trinidadian food is excellent, the roti, curry, doubles, Trinidad Chinese, the tamarind chutney, gosh everything is tasty. Highly recommend this place if you want authentic Trinidadian cuisine. A plus the restaurant is owned and run by Trinidadians.

Trini food is one of my favourite cuisines. Tabanka has such homey decoration and great food. And they have a good variety of sides for the meals. Best doubles I have had in a while, get it with, ... Slight peppa and tamarind... I wish more people knew of it, the location is a bit hidden.
