フィードバックを提供するTonight at 8:30 PM, the restaurant was closed for an employee Christmas celebration, which I find to be quite unprofessional, especially for a fast food service that is meant to cater to the public. While I understand that employees deserve to celebrate, it would have been more acceptable to keep a few employees on duty during the party. Closing the entire establishment for this event is simply poor service. A better approach might have been to hold the Christmas party after hours or perhaps organize a gift exchange during regular business hours. Additionally, keeping the drive-thru open would have made sense. I am considering reaching out to their office about this issue. It seems that this place consistently receives negative reviews, and the management appears to be making questionable business decisions, losing out on potential customers and revenue for this party.
I'm not a food critic, but I think when someone orders a burger with speck, they expect it to come with bacon. Food rating: 1/5.
We had to wait behind three cars in the drive-thru, and it took 20 minutes to reach the window. When we got home, we discovered that one of the sandwiches was incorrect. The food tasted good overall, but I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
This location is always so slow and her dinning room is never open. the staff is rude and eating is always terrible
This jack in the box is horrible. My order was wrong and they did not apologize. I went to the door and the lady ignored me. I rarely get good service. Idk who the manager is but it starts from the top and either the manager is horrible or the district manager is. If this is just a stand alone franchise then shame on jack in the box! It sucks there is no customer service these days. The prices are high and they act like you are trying to get over if you expect something taken off or a courtesy drink item for being inconvenienced. Even an apology isn 't an option these days.
