The Habit Burger Grill

Consistency and quality is what they hit every time I go. Best fast food chain onion rings I’ve had as well.

The food is ok, nothing great. They sell hot dogs now but they don't have relish, How can you eat a hot dog without relish? Relish is also good on burgers, they really should have it available. They also have a new BLT which is really good but there's only enough bacon for about half of a sandwich. I hate when places cut corners. Charge an extra dollar and put the proper amount of bacon on it, simple. The burger is pretty good but I'm never 100% satisfied eating there. It always feels like there's something missing for the price.

I was shorted on my takeaway French fries that I had paid for, and one of my char burgers was not wrapped in lettuce as I requested. They were busy, so I believe this was just an isolated incident. My experience today does not reflect my previous visits.

I'm usually a fan of the food at this Habit location, and I particularly enjoyed the Santa Barbara Charburger with fries during my recent visit! The flavor was excellent, and I left feeling satisfied with my meal. However, I think the staff could benefit from being a little more attentive. There was quite a bit of chatting and joking around, even when customers were waiting to place their orders or asking for assistance. While it doesn’t significantly affect the service, it is noticeable. Despite this, the delicious food makes it worth a visit, and I’m happy to give it four stars.
