フィードバックを提供するThe person who helped us was very rude and had attitude when the attitude was not necessary. He also said they don't offer horchata at pollo loco. He didn't give me my reception and acted unprofessional until we left and my food looks like it was literally thrown together. Ridiculous and a waste of time and money.
I went through the drive-thru and picked up my order, but when I got home, I discovered I was missing my churros. Additionally, the sour cream in my burrito was spoiled, and they forgot the dressing for my salads. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it will probably be the last.
I usually love their food, but we used the Thur drive late on Tuesday night and ordered Tostada bowls with chicken and we have two bowls of salad, 1/4 tablespoons of acid cream and 8 teanie tiny pieces of chicken. Very disappointing. It's just gonna eat there when we have time to go in.
The food was disappointing for several reasons. The chicken on both the drumsticks and thighs was undercooked. The pico de gallo was not fresh, had a strange smell reminiscent of old tomatoes, and tasted off as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a refund because I was tied up at home.
Took like 10 minutes for 5 people to place orders. Trash on tables food on the floor. 2 employees on break or just dgaf no more. Maybe we all were having a bad day. Plenty of chicken in my nachos though.
