Carl's Jr. - North Highlands

The food was tasty, as usual, but they got distracted by the drive through and forgot to leave the tomato off my burger and forgot the sauce for the fries.

Food was fresh and hot. Service was even better. Long line but they got us through in decent time.

Overall, my experience was positive. I received a prompt response when I approached the menu board, and the person taking my order was quick and accurate. All of my extra requests at the pickup window were handled smoothly and without any issues. My food was prepared quickly and accurately, even with nearly every item being customized. The total time from when I entered the drive-thru lane to when I had my bags in hand was just under five minutes.

I ordered a small fries and a drink to help me through my long drive home, as I tend to get headaches from not eating for too long. The fries were freshly made, and the drink was just right. The service was both professional and courteous.

The food was served hot, and I must admit I was too lazy to walk across the street. It was well-presented and tasted fantastic! There's a lovely lady working there, and I enjoy supporting her by dining there.
