Costa Coffee - North Hertfordshire

I can’t help but to compare the service from Costa drive thru Letchworth which is really brilliant that’s why we go there even this Costa at the town is just 5 minutes away from home. Today, again their coffee machine is not working. 2 weekends ago, need to wait for a toast for 30 mins and in the end just to refund it as again, according to the same lady staff, their toaster need to heat up as not working well. Please train staff properly.

The service at this restaurant was very rude. When I mentioned that my drink was not correct, the server became angry and began swearing. She even purposely spilled my drink in front of me but still gave it to me.

I went into the Costa Letchworth to get a coffe and found the most horrendous thing in the sink get it together Thanks never coming there again

Awful service today. We waited over 20minutes for our drinks, whilst others served after us were receiving their drinks! Behind the counter looks messy with lots of dirty cups/equipment all over the place!

The fabric chairs were covered in large, disgusting stains and caked with food residue. The table was sticky and filthy. Despite attempting to find a cleaner table, all available ones were in the same deplorable condition. Lacking trust in the restaurant's food hygiene standards due to the state of the furniture, we decided to dine elsewhere.
