Since I can’t eat corn, I ordered the chicken tortilla soup and some wings. Unfortunately, the soup had corn in it, but I managed to eat what I could, which was tasty. The wings, however, were quite forgettable; they were deep-fried and served with buffalo and ranch sauces on the side, but I wasn’t offered blue cheese as an option. My husband tried the chili verde with carne asada and beans. He thought it was just okay, but nothing to rave about. When we first entered the restaurant, there was an unpleasant smell that was a bit off-putting, though I must say the place was very clean and the service was excellent. We sat at the bar and ordered sodas; the beer selection was varied, but the pour sizes were either 16 or 32 ounces. Personally, I wouldn’t want a 16-ounce beer, but I did see 32-ounce servings being offered, which feels a bit excessive to me. I might consider getting takeout for my husband in the future, but I think I’d only go back for drinks with friends at the bar. They have an extensive tequila selection, which is a plus. The food and service were excellent—I highly recommend giving it a try. We dined in for lunch, and both the food and service deserve a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was also fantastic!

Happy I decided to finally come. It’s very good. Dishes have deep layers of flavor without being salt bombs. Menu is varied, big and covers a lot of ground. The value is excellent as well. I was a little worried after seeing the drink prices, but the two of us ate for $67 with two cocktails and meals. Couldn’t finish my plate. Superb! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
