Mcdonald's - North Fort Myers

I am always very pleased with the food—who wouldn't be? However, I wish the staff would add a bit more warmth to their service. It's disappointing because no matter if I'm visiting a fast food place or a sit-down restaurant with my family, I want to feel welcomed, not like I'm imposing. A simple smile can make a big difference. If a customer expresses gratitude, a "you're welcome" goes a long way. Basic manners and courtesy really matter in the service industry, and I know this well.

We travel quite a bit, heading north to south and occasionally coast to coast. Out of ten experiences, McDonald's is consistently the best in terms of quality, fast service, cleanliness, and variety. If I could make a suggestion, I would love to see sausage and biscuits added as a regular menu option.
