Come Back Shack - North Charleston

I think they changed their menu and removed a lot which is fine. It's a little bit too expensive for what it is but it's still pretty good. The restaurant is clean and well maintained

The food tastes good if you like better quality fast food, something different. I don't know how their service is because I've only had them off DoorDash or UberEats. They look really nice on the outside though.

Great atmosphere and location. Was told they are best known for their chicken tenders.I got a Cali Chicken Sandwich. It was good, but not great, it lacked flavor and moisture. I had to dip each bite in sauce. The comeback fries were amazing but a pricey add on at $7.50. (just a side of fries will run you $4.50) Next time I will just get a side of fresh cut fries and use their sauce selection. Finally the milkshake was spot on and redeemed the sandwich. Again a bit pricey at $5-$6, but they have many flavors and you can't go wrong. I went all out with the sandwich, fries, and milkshake and the Bill was $24.

Normally I have never have an issue here, but the ranch fries today were terrible. The cheese sauce was literally water. It even tasted like water. Fries were just soggy from it. Mentioned it to the staff and was told “that’s just the way our sauce is”. The sauce is never like that.

I've been here three times now and the service is outstanding, Adrian in particular has helped me each time and she is very patient and knowledgeable and even let my kid have a sample of the mac and cheese since he wasn't sure if he wanted it, I can't say more about the customer service. The food is also excellent the burger is very well seasoned and it's exactly what you would expect with the name the food is good enough along with a service to make you want to come back and the decor is basically an upscale shack. Highly recommend it!
