フィードバックを提供するA new place, Brecks Steakhouse for dinner. I have the fried pig dogs with loaded potatoes and Mac and cheese. OMG was delicious!!! Everything was cooked for perfection. The service was excellent and the boss was impeccable.
Food is good. It was a Saturday and they had been very busy. We love the fried mushrooms and the ranch and blue cheese are awesome. They were out of several menu items (and we can understand that on a busy Saturday). The fish was hot and fresh and all the other entrees were good too. We will definitely be back to try some other menu items.
We are from out of town and we were looking for a family owned restaurant and we found this needle in the hay stack. Our waitress was wonderful, nice and attentive. We got the crab dip appetizer and after getting over the shock of it being cold, it had great flavor. Our steaks came out perfectly cook and tender. Then we ended our meal with their cakes- they were homemade and absolutely delicious. This is defiantly and go to place and that is saying a lot since my husband is a trained chef and has been in the restaurant industry for 30+ years. Thanks for a great intro to SC food and hospitality.
The service was great. We went to have the prime rib. We got there at 5:30 and they had sold out. We had chicken, rib eye and mushrooms Swiss steak. The chicken was dry. The Swiss steak was very thin and overcooked.
This place is a hidden gem. They have gigantic juicy delicious burgers, country fried steak cooked to perfection. They must have somebody's grandma in the kitchen blessing us with this cooked with love food. And their blue cheese dressing is to die for.
