Always good bagels and coffee. We take our breakfast to the ferry park to eat and watch the boats.

Many mornings I get their coffee and whole wheat bagels--both very good. Service has improved noticeably from a year ago. It wasn't bad then, but now staff are quick to greet you and take your order. They also added some new furniture and decor.

Great coffee and delicious muffins. Easy and quick stop for anyone on their way to the CM ferry terminal.

Awesome iced coffees, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and the nice lady who took my order was very friendly and upbeat. I highly recommend Avalon coffee!

My breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel was delicious. Make sure you order as pork roll because if you say Taylor Ham you might get an eye roll lol. Joking obviously the food was good.
