Starbucks - North Canton

Placing a Starbucks here was not the best idea. So many people struggle to make a right turn onto Applegrove from the driveway or a right onto Main Street. You can't turn left, folks! Even if you're driving your fancy SUV with your overpriced drink.

This Starbucks is my favorite nearby, but the drive-thru on weekends can be really frustrating—it often takes over 15 minutes to get through just 5 or 6 cars. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious and expertly prepared. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

Don't care for Starbucks my granddaughter was with me and wanted to go so I can't give a honest review.

I guess I?m just upset about the customer service. I went at 8 o?clock, an hour before closing to pick up a brownie for my pregnant wife. There was a car in the drive-through parked so nobody could use it And when I knocked on the door The workers were working and nobody acknowledged me. So I took my car and went the opposite direction in the drive-through to see what was going on and the girl yelled at me saying They were closed and what I was doing was not OK. There was no sign explaining. Also, online and on the front door they said they were still open. I was also there with other people in the parking lot who also did not know what was going on. A lot of lost revenue at the time. I don?t know what to do with this information but that?s what happened. I guess Starbucks is there for convenience and sometimes it?s less convenient than others. They are usually pretty good and people can have an off day, but I?m not gonna lie, this one kind of hurt.
