Dunkin' - North Canton

2 times I ordered a large iced Caramel latte and they gave me burnt coffee with way too much milk, and no sugar. It did not taste like a normal iced Caramel latte. This was on a order ahead on Dunkin App.

Quite often they don't have the old fashion doughnut I like but I do enjoy the coffee.

This restaurant is a great spot for those looking for good coffee and breakfast sandwiches at a reasonable price without having to wait in a long line. The only downside is that there seems to be some confusion among the workers during busy times. While I understand that it can get hectic during peak hours, better organization would definitely improve the overall experience.

The employees at this restaurant lack basic skills in preparing coffee with the right amount of cream and sugar. They appear lazy and careless, and even when politely asked to correct their mistakes, they are rude and unhelpful. It seems they have not received any customer service training and lack common sense. Unfortunately, the staff at this Dunkin Donuts location leave much to be desired.

We visited the restaurant today. My husband ordered the sundried tomato and pesto sandwich, but unfortunately he became ill soon after eating it. He ended up vomiting and experiencing diarrhea in the car, indicating he had gotten food poisoning from the meal. While we appreciate the Halloween-themed atmosphere, we did not enjoy having to clean up the mess.
