Custom Fireplace Shop - North Canton

I found a $200 electric fireplace insert online, good for me. Since I didn't spend $1000 at Custom, they wouldn't help me find nice trim to finish my project. It's either all of nothing at this place. They're a NO from me.

I had a gas fireplace installed in my home today. What a wonderful experience using this company. They were on time, friendly, did an excellent job turning my wood burning fireplace to gas. Vacuumed out the flute, closed it, capped off my chimney. I highly recommend using these gentlemen. I asked the two that came out to work. How long have you been doing this 35 and 37 years. Did I mention experienced. Thank you for the excellent service.

This is my first online post on a companies poor performance in my entire life. To be honest very unsure how this company is still in business. Stopped in to buy a fireplace, I had to call several times just to communicate what I wanted. Every phone call ended with their employee telling me they would call me back. Only for me to have to call them back the next day or so. Customer service is a large key in selling items or a service and this business does not have any. Do not tell a customer you will call them and then never do. Let’s just say I am happy that I have more options in the Canton area than just this place. I would not recommend to anyone!!

Nice place. Sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. All things aveliable for fireplace. Only problem they are booked service wise by February already

The 4 fireplaces in our home has been serviced by The Fireplace shop prior to us living in the home. The first time I called the technician showed up and said I've been here before They serviced the insert checked the other fireplaces. Now 2 years later. We went to purchase an insert and cover for two different rooms. The sales person was VERY knowledgeable. We purchased new fireplace logs for the finished basement and a fireplace cover for the family room. A few weeks later they called and installed. Again they checked ALL 4 fireplaces! Cleaned the fireplace insert glass at NO charge. Did a fantastic job on the log in sert and putting the cover on. Thanks Fireplace Shop!
