I absolutely enjoy my almost daily trips for coffee!

My friend placed an order for pickup through the app. We ordered two coffees with different specifications, but one of them was very disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t pay attention to the customer’s requests. They prepared the coffee according to their own standards rather than the customer's needs. I would suggest that the store manager at least check the orders before handing them to customers. They really need to improve their customer service. It feels like a waste to spend money at this store.

The food was fresh and delicious, but the ordering process was quite slow. They needed to confirm my order at the window, and I didn't receive a receipt. Dunkin should have their act together by now, especially since this isn't a new location.

Coffee wasn't the best . Was watery. We liked the hash browns and mango pineapple lemonade . The lemonades are really good but they run out of it in peak summer : customer service was good . Overall an average experience
