I eat from here all the time, I have always loved Pizza Hut since I was a kid! Never going to lose me

Ordered pizza it got cancelled as it was in the oven by a staff member. not so I had them reorder my pizza they gave me the same ones that were already cooked and burnt. didn't get my refund of $59 back. been calling the store for the past 3 days cause the magnet gave me a $50 credit and no one in the store ever answers the phone so how am I suppose to use my store credit?

The people here are always super friendly and the food is always high quality. This place makes for a quick place to get some food if you're in a rush. Everyone here actually seems to enjoy their job, which is a rarity these days.

The phone number provided is not a direct line. It goes to a call center and when they transfer you it hangs up. I got charged twice and can't get my money back. Only pay cash.
