フィードバックを提供するI don't understand how I was quoted a total of $8, but they ended up charging me $9. This has happened several times now.
I can't believe I paid $6.75 for a bagel with cream cheese and had to spread the cream cheese on myself. It feels like I did most of the work! What a joke.
I come through about once a week to get the metro espresso shake. Almost everytime, i get denied and told that the ice creams too hard, or that they need an hour each morning to let it thaw. I used to try in the mornings and chalked it up to no biggie.Its 2pm and their ice cream is too hard. Turn down your freezers if its too hard or take it off the menu. I'm only gonna berefused so many times before I go elsewhere. Aside from this, the coffees great, the people are great and the sevice is usuallygreat. Reply: Sounds like y'all need another freezer, or to find a solution. Passing the problem to your customer is onlygonna hurt your business. It's not my problem y'all can't use your ice cream. When I show up and try to order it, and I'm told Ican't have what I want. I go elsewhere. Best of luck. Won't be coming back to y'all again. ??? ? ? ???
They serve excellent coffee, and I particularly enjoy their espresso shakes. The staff is also incredibly friendly.
This café offers the finest coffee, and the service is excellent.
