The Moose Cookhouse - North Bay

I booked for a group of 25 people on a Sunday night for supper. Your waitress was super efficient, she had everything going great, the only hiccup was the staff bring the food out should have had the person's name rather than calling out what the order was. But everyone got their food quickly, their drinks were kept full, even Brodi was in a good mood, and buddy the Drifters thank you for everything, they had a super time .

What a great selection of wing flavors, so hard to choose one. Our kaboom shrimp app was pretty good. Their ribs was very delicious. Monday is wing night. ....!!!

Although it serves several dishes, we always go back for the chicken wings. As crispy as you want, there are no less than a hundred choices of sauce.

Just like another reviewer. This place used to be so good a few years ago when I would visit my buddies in school. I get that school is out and the town is dead right now but come on. Food: Wings used to be so much better. They were also alot bigger. My friend who attended the Hospitality management course mentioned the pulled pork roll ups used to be better as well. Another friend had quesadillas and loved them. Service: Started out great. Got greeted and seated right away. We tried the local Bear Runner Blonde. One of the best I have had. I am positive it was only $5 a pint on special that day too. Our apps came right away once we ordered. Our food.... Took around 30-45 min after we finished our apps.I'd be willing to give this place another try when I return to North Bay.

Looks great from outside and is lovely inside. An overwhelmingly large menu. Ordered a Chicken Parma Sammy which included a free side. Not entirely true. Although I was told I could have any side so I chose Mac and cheese, the waitress soon returned saying I could have salad, fries or soup (this should be clear on the menu). Not to worry, I chose soup which was red pepper and delicious. But... The chicken fillet?? Goodness knows. I bit into it and the whole thing pulled out of the bread. It was stringy, chewy, undercooked and definitely not chicken breast. I literally had two tugs at it and gave up. Really nasty stuff. I can't imagine what the good reviewers ate but it wasn't this!
