Not sure whats going on but lately the customer service at that location is really failing or just very rude. Went to grab a few things seeing its a lucky 13 and grab dinner. We waited to place our orders, they have metal covers over the counters and they just throw them to the floor? We placed our orders was getting three foot long subs, two subs we normally get toasted but was told very rudely the Mr Sub area was CLOSED??? I looked online before coming, shows Open to 10pm? How did we place orders if it was close? So we couldn 't get our subs toasted like normal. There was NO SIGNS to indicate they were closed, nothing in the window, nothing but a place your order here sign. We have been going to this lucky 13/sub place for years and I always end up tip a lot. We are regulars but that 's going to change I think.

The tomatoes were shriveled up and there were black spots on them. The lettuce was brown. Walked out while the sub was being made, because I didn't feel safe eating from there. When I questioned the black tomatoes, I was told it was because of the machine they use. Which makes no sense to me.

This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I was the only customer there, yet it took over 25 minutes for my food to arrive. After multiple attempts to clarify my order, they still made the wrong sub. To make matters worse, they didn't add cheese or toast it, despite my repeated requests. In the end, I was overcharged for a sub that I had to throw away. I'm not usually one to complain about such things, but this was truly unbelievable.

I arrived here famished after traveling from New Brunswick to a seasonal camp. I ordered a 12-inch meatless meatball sub, and the lady at the counter informed me that it would take a little longer to prepare. I didn’t mind waiting, and she made my sub exactly as I requested. I’m so glad I waited—it was absolutely delicious! The fantastic customer service and her attentiveness made it even better. If you’re the woman from Mr. Sub, thank you! You truly made my day, and I’d rate that sub a solid 11/10!
