The person taking the order seemed quite confused and struggled to understand our requests. We ended up having to repeat our order multiple times, but unfortunately, he still couldn’t get it right. In the end, we decided to just drive away.
I experienced complete disrespect from the staff at the drive-thru as well as from those taking orders inside. After waiting 15 minutes in my car, I decided to go inside, where I had to wait another 10 minutes to get assistance. When I finally asked about my food, I found it sitting on the counter behind the registers for over 20 minutes. The staff treated me terribly during this time. It was truly embarrassing. To make up for their incompetence, management offered me a free Whopper meal, but that didn’t make up for the overall terrible experience. It was slow, frustrating, and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend giving them your business at all.

Garbage customer service. They give me have food I asked combo so when I asked where is my fry and drink the lady told me come inside pick up you are free drink and free fries. So when I go inside she ask me stupid $11 something So later when I call to speak to Manager so when I calls I ask and you speak to Manager and she said yeah what do you mean? Yeah she said I am the manager okay but what do you mean by yeah this type of people work there I think I’m Burger King have a good reputation but this kind of a stupid people work. They going to bring down totally garbage service. Sorry to say that but not asleep respect to the customer when they talk
