Horrible Horrible Horrible place . How does a pretzel store run out of pretzels ???? People’s orders were never filled and told will be a 20 minute wait and it took over 45 mins to get my order . Never again

Worst Philly pretzel out there. Credit card reader often doesn’t connect to the server. I ordered online once to avoid this issue, and they ignored the order and asked me to wait 40 min when I arrived for pickup.Big management problem

Ordered a platter on a sunday for a july 4 pick up after 3:00pm. I get there and they do not have an order for me. Six people in the back doing a lot of running around. The manager said wait 3 minutes and he will make my order. Other people are in there waiting and or wondering where there order is. I asked for a refund of &54.00 and left. That is my experience.

Are you kidding? Called up at 6:50pm to ask a question. Person answered and put me on hold right away for 10 min. Store closes at 7. They did not pick up when I called back.Ill bring something else to the event, thanks.
