My bf ordered thru grub hub and the order was cancelled saying the restaurant is closed at 6pm when i called the woman who answered was nasty and said all day they are having problems with grub hub… one would think they would alleviate that problem since the morning ? poor customer service over the phone poor reviews just terrible.. i needed soup because im under the weather and this is the customer service u get ? make it make sense

I don’t understand how a business that closes on Sunday to “go to church” can allow employees to have such a funky attitude. Not a smile. Not pleasant. Outta order!

My customer service experience here is always pleasant. If you want authentic Jamaican food, this is the spot. This is my go to restaurant right here on the island. The Fry chicken is always on point Chef Kiss .
