Mccabes - North Ayrshire

Came out with family for a birthday celebration, were greeted with warm welcome, atmosphere was lovely with a warming fire close to us, ordered drinks and the staff member brought them to our table as it was quite a large round which is service you don't usually get and it was very much appreciated. We ordered our food, our starters were served and just by looking at them we all knew they were going to be great, which they were, main courses excellent also and obviously prepared with a great deal of care, we were looked after by all the staff and they couldn't have done more for us, we didn't plan on having a desert or another drink but due to the actions of the staff, the great drinks service and the amazing food we decided to stay for desert and some more drinks, from start to finish a wonderful experience, I live 35 miles from the pub and I would have no hesitation travelling that distance for our meals, thanks to all of the staff for giving us a celebration to remember with great food and drinks to top it off !

Drinks and staff were worth the five star treatment. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for drinks and food

Ordered 2 Meals with drinks from the Lunchtime Menu. Wraps with chips a drink Then the meals came..the wrap..no chips..green leaves that was supposed to be salad Ask the barmen what happened to our chips..His reply was you don't get Chips lf you don't ask..Yet the menu says with chips Very Poor lf you ask me He didn't say he would get us the chips when we complained Poor customer service The wraps were nice..But this ls unaccpectible (ln My opinion)

We stopped by for a drink in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Although the bar room was busy, we were able to find a table. The pub had a pleasant atmosphere. We had made a reservation for food later in the day through the app, but the staff seemed unaware of it. However, there were plenty of available tables in the back room. The staff greeted us each time we entered and thanked us as we left. The food was delicious, especially the chicken burgers. Unfortunately, the pub did not have two of the drinks I wanted, even though one was listed on the app and the other on their table menu. When I inquired about it, I was informed that they often do not have the drinks that are listed, which was a bit odd. It seemed as though they never sold these drinks. Nonetheless, there were still plenty of options to choose from.

A delightful experience for myself and my family and of course our dog Luca. The food was amazing and staff very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you all
