Restaurant Le Hatley - Manoir Hovey

The food and service were phenomenonal at both breakfast and dinner. Plan on being very full after dining here!

I am delighted to return to Le Hayley. The service is exceptional and the dishes are delicious, paired perfectly with amazing wine. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10. Enjoy!

This is the best restaurant I have ever visited. The food is amazing, the service is great, and the wine selection is outstanding. Simply the best!

My wife and I dined here three years ago and noted that the food was safe and rather bland. The good news is that the chefs have branched out a bit and the result is great. We both had the scallops and leeks to start...and while I went for the halibut as a main my wife chose the Guinea hen and both were excellent. The sommelier recommended a lovely bottle of white for the main course. I give this four out of five stars because the dessert (a honey saffron concoction) was utterly tasteless. But where it mattered this was a great meal.

We had the table d’hote fixe prix menu and it was amazing eating, elegant service and perfect ambiente. from the amuse bouche to the end, a very special meal.
