Royal Farms - Norristown

This location opened yesterday and I had to go and check out their world famous chicken!! There is plenty of parking, clean store and friendly staff. Fast and easy touch screen to order and self checkout. I got the 8 piece mixed chicken and it was delicious!! Well seasoned, crispy outside, juicy and tender inside!

Terrible. There's never anyone behind the counter, the self checkout counters are frequently not working and sometimes they don't even unlock both entrances. I tried the food twice and was very disappointed. I have heard good things about royal farms in general however this store doesn't have much going for it.

I am pleased with royal farms. Great chicken. Only reason they aren't open 24 7 is because lack of employees. I was there tonight at 1130 pm ... she said tonight and tomorrow open all night because they have the staff. I will always be a customer because not only do I love thier chicken... I live across the street.

Wish I could rate a 0 star. This place is horrible. Whenever the employees do not feel like working they turn off registers and say they?re no longer selling things and only doing gas. (At random times of the day) They are not understaffed for them to be turning off registers. The food orders are ALWAYS wrong and food is always dry and old. Employees are lazy and incompetent, and always have an attitude if you complain.

I like it it just different I don't like the way its set up. If you want ice coffee it's hard to know what to do I had to ask a employee to show me and the registers are all self check out
