Dirty sticky counters and plastic spoons for blows scattered everywhere. 3 of the 10 soft serving dispensers had no choice of aromas (from service) and the remaining 7 speweded a paltry amount of watery flavored liquid. The mobility around the donors and the cash counter was scarce. Bad layout given the donor had nothing in them. The cashier had no answers to the lack of product? I don't know if the replenishment of frozen yogurt/gelatin flavors came or why the place was so dirty. Here's the kicker: Another employee from the back came out not to clean, but don't wear gloves, put a handful of pink plastic topping spoon in a 16 ounce plastic cup and quit it on break. The owner of this landfill should respond to a health inspector from Montgomery County. Guys, avoid Menchies at all costs. Do you find a DQ, Yum Yum, a dump, anything? Your digestive system will thank you.
They had very little variety of tastes, but they had Dole Whips. There was no line or something you could really complain about.
Came here today and the frozen yogurt becomes so fast and hardly any taste selection. the topping are NOT fresh, as the strawberries are MOLDING? the environment is not at all clean coming here.
First time here, excited they had dairy free vanilla but that was about it?..they were out of toppings and sauces, and the containers looked like they have not been washed in months ? Very disturbing and it sucks because I love froyo! Usually I go to one when I visit relatives in Delaware because that?s the one I was introduced to, they have rewards and are nice and clean but clearly I was a ways from Delaware and was craving it and well?..this did nothing for my cravings ?? I would give it a 1 star but it?s my first time here so I?m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt?please do better!
I've been coming here for 3+ years and it's gone downhill in that time. Today, 5/22/2022, out of 16 slots in 8 machines, 6 didn't have flavor cards, 5 out of the remaining 10 were variations on vanilla, and of the other 5, 2 more were out but had flavor cards. This isn't an unusual thing either. Many other times I've been here, they've kept the machines on idle, so flavors come out semi-frozen. The staff is nice, and the toppings are usually pretty well stocked, but it's almost like they take the froyo part for granted.
