Little Caesars Pizza - Norristown

I experienced the rudest customer service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. The place was uncomfortably hot, and I believe you should be ashamed. I frequently pick up DoorDash orders from here, but I end up canceling every single one due to the way your operations are run.

I'm very disappointed with my recent deliveries from this restaurant. The food has been old and hard each time, making for an unpleasant experience. I definitely won't be ordering from this location again. Plus, there's no option to call and speak to anyone about my concerns.

The restaurant closed 90 minutes earlier than scheduled. Despite having at least four employees on staff, they decided to shut down early without any apparent reason. Many customers were arriving, and the staff was telling them to leave because they were closed. When potential customers pointed out that they closed at 10:00 and it was only 8:30, one employee responded, "We're closed, and I'm not going to say it again." I only stopped by because I was tired and just wanted something easy to feed the kids.

Yeah Pizza here isn’t like it used to be it’s gross! The employees are worse, walking around store with cigarettes in hands. An smoking weed outside. My pizza was burnt, an breadsticks were undercooked. So yeah never again

Horrible employees; refuse to give you what you order … refuse to give back your money, cursing and being extremely rude. Not just to myself but other customers who were being extremely nice , employees were extremely rude for no reason. They should all be fired and this location should be closed. I wish I could give this place negative stars …. Never ever again
