Customer service is horrible. Some of the food is edible. The pizza is terrible. Get a Digiorno from Archers, you will be much happier.

AWESOME menu with CREATIVE items. LOVE the outside seating (tables also next door in front of the P.O. In response to previous negative review given here...it appears you have to order and pay at the counter, and we were given our drinks when we ordered. Staff was very nice and accommodating. When they are busy, you probably have to go pick up your food at the counter. Can't wait to go back and try other things, like DESSERT PIZZA.

Sat in the lobby for almost 10 minutes without an employee showing up. Got our own menus. When someone did finally show up she stood behind the counter and yelled that she would take our order over there. Then didnt see her again until the food was done. No drinks were given until the food came out

What has happened to this place? It feels as if it has been closed for over 20 years. The odor is quite unpleasant, and the decor seems to be from a bygone era. As for the food—it’s a disaster. The taste leaves much to be desired. We spent $30 for lunch for two, but we couldn’t even finish our meals and left still hungry. Don’t waste your time or money here. The servers? Good luck getting their attention, as they are often found sitting at a table on their computers or phones. This once charming mom-and-pop establishment has really declined. I suggest looking for somewhere else to eat, as this place is clearly struggling!

This cozy little cafe, located in the heart of Norris next to the Post Office, has around 6 to 8 tables. They serve delicious grilled cheese sandwiches and tempting desserts, but be aware that you might have to wait a bit for your food. It seems they might be experiencing some staffing shortages at the moment.
