I’ve been a long time customer and have always enjoyed the food here. I have never written reviews but I really felt like this is something customers should be aware of. I had placed my order over the phone and was waiting at the register for my smoothie. As I was waiting, I glanced at the kitchen where I witnessed one of the workers stretch out their JEANS WITH THEIR BOXERS AND PROCEEDED TO SHOVE HIS HAND DOWN HIS PRIVATES. I was in complete disbelief and shock, another of the workers saw what was happening and rushed in the kitchen to tell him and attempted to close the curtain. Both of them then came out and were just starring at me. He didn’t even go wash his hands, instead he just came out to ask the cashier for a phone charger. I filed a complaint with the Norridge health department. This happened on Sunday October 22nd.
Such good Pho! Usually get something closer in the city but my boyfriend is a big fan of their Banh Mis but this place beats a lot of the places in the city and I was pleasantly surprised with how much tendon and tripe was in my pho. So tasty and you can’t beat the price Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Food was okay, and the waiting time was short, they cook pretty fast. I would give a 4 star for the food. However service and cleanliness are a question. The waitress bought our noodles soup with her long finger nail dipped inside the soup. I questioned about our bill isn’t calculated right, I was explained that the menu price has changed, but we were not notified when we ordered our food. The waitress was pretty mad because I brought it up, but she “took care” of the issue by throwing a couple dollars on our table though I told her don’t worry about it. She said that’s the way it is, no one else asked about it. I didn’t want to take them, so just left them on the table (not part of the tip, I paid tips in addition to those. They also take cash only, but good thing is they have an ATM inside. Our bill was around xx.50, but they rounded it up and didn’t give back the coin, and also didn’t tell us about it. Nowadays 50 cents isn’t much at all, but just thought it’s weird that the restaurant would round it up instead of round it down, especially it’s a cash only place.
