Mcdonald's - Norman

Fast service. Alex was super professional and polite. Thanks Alex! The food needed only moments to receive. The only slightly negative or disadvantage was that the food was somewhat under temperature and tasted as if it had been in contrast to fresh food for a while. But that's what you get when you get quick service, what McDonald's is all, so I don't think I have a lot of a complaint.

No big fan of this place. If they don't screw up my order, I need to use my limited Spanish to communicate with a whole Mexican staff. In addition, the frits are often boiled, and McD's fries are half the reason why I would ever go there!! I'm sorry, I'll take my money on the street. You reminded me of what I hate about fast food and your service was not even so fast!!!

This is the second time and different McDonalds in a month that I have received an undercooked burger. Both times I was told that it was due to change to fresh, not frozen beef. ??? Otherwise food ad service was OK.

This was a horrible experience! Took my grandkids there after church and the service was not the best. The wall where you get drinks was out of tea, I asked them 3 times to fix that and to add napkins and catsup, all to no avail! Fries were cold and my big Mac had to be taken back to be redone. It had so much special sauce that I couldn't take a bite without it falling apart and/or dripping everywhere. They did that with no problem, except everyone else had already eaten at my table! Won't make that mistake again!

I see why my husband doesn’t like this McD in Walmart Westside Norman. He asked for two egg McMuffins without Canadian bacon and was rung up as Canadian bacon only. The supervisor corrected it, bagged his order and handed it to me. I had been patiently waiting to give my order but neither worker asked me what I wanted. I had to say that is his order I still need to place my order. I had to wait for mine to be cooked. We were dining in and the supervisor carried two egg McMuffins in her hand rather than on a tray. She forgot my hash browns and if my husband hadn’t told her to bring it I a tray, I doubt she would have. Won’t be using this McDonalds again.
