BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT IN NORFOLK! My husband and I have been visiting this place nonstop for weeks! We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh food, quick service, and reasonable prices. This is definitely our top choice for a fast lunch takeout. We've never waited more than 10 minutes for our orders, even when we've spent around $40! We really enjoy coming here and highly recommend the lunch specials and appetizers. The fried dumplings and lumpia are incredible!
