Since there are two different dishes on the map, one assumes that they differ in the type of bread used. I ordered a dungeon in the fladen bread and get a Yufka Döner. O.K. a pizzeria mistake, can happen. So just called to let me know that was delivered wrong. There's a chance of delivery. On the phone we told the customer that the customer is wrong and that the customer made a mistake because he ordered the döner in the Fladenbrot, which is now a Yufka Döner. On a friendly demand on my part why two different dunes were on the map, it was said that the customer would probably have no idea and that they would always deliver it that way. It is unfriendly to point out that the customer himself is guilty. In no way is it simply explained what the difference between the Yufka and the Döner in the Fladenbrot is and the tone is getting rough on the boss. As a service provider, this is not even in order. Professional handling of the customer and service-oriented thinking is not lived there. A good friend had the same problem with noodles where different varieties are on the map and the wrong ones are delivered as the offered noodles are not produced at all. These are intentionally incorrect information on the menu which leads to misleading. I will never have to deal with this unprofessionality again, and will continue to announce it.
Last week Friday my niece had to visit. Then we thought my niece, my life-section mate and I) we make a nice evening order pizza and watch together a beautiful movie. We looked into the map and had decided quickly, so called order abandoned and we said the food would last about 1 hour. When we waited after 1:45 still had no food, my life-square called again in the pizzeria, where they told us relatively patty and unfriendly, what we would believe is going on a Friday night.” After another hour the food came. Then the insanely unfriendly supplier stood at the front door, no hint of courtesy, but this is still the crown that the supplier was licking completely when I took the money from my portmonee to the left of the door against the wall of the house! I haven't seen anything like that yet. When we opened the pizza and wanted to eat, we also saw the 1 of the 3 pizzas wrong and we got 3 small instead of the ordered 2 small and 1 large. So Stinksauer called again at Pizzeria, where we actually wanted to tell ourselves, we would have ordered it exactly what was simply lied and we were just squeezed away. I'm sorry. I will never order there again and never enter the shop again!
Cosy atmosphere, courteous operation at all super food! No matter whether salad, noodles, gnocci, salmon, döner, pizza I have everything through nothing to smell Besides there is no better knobi for me
Sry nothing against the food, that was great. ABER: 19:09 called to pick up (a pizza and two diners) , one said 30 minutes, 19:33 arrived, for the first time asked 20:00 how long it takes 20:20 to finally leave the shed again. All those who wanted to get food before 20:10 have left the shop including food. No excuse or similar. And that's the hardest thing about it, taking it off far ahead, that you don't just disappear like that.
The staff super nice and friendly. Perfect ambience. The food of the absolute hit. All super delicious and fresh. Prices are 100% -ig ok. That's a good idea. Very much. Thank you!!!!
