Pros: The Server was nice to us. Cons: The restaurant reeks of some kind of weird smell.. It is probably from the sauces in the kitchen but we have eaten in tons of Thai restaurants over the period of years, and never ever had experienced such an odor. We are a vegetarian/vegan family and usually go to Thai restaurants because we get great veggie options. This one however was very unpleasant. Also found chicken pieces in vegetable soup. Overall, not an experience we want to remember.

Thai Norcross exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The service was truly exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and they gave us the perfect amount of space to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. One highlight of our visit was the recommendation of the Rama Beef, which was simply outstanding. The rich, flavorful sauce and tender beef made it an unforgettable dish, and I would highly recommend it to any beef lover. It 's definitely a standout on the menu. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a nice blend of modern and traditional Thai decor. The only minor downside was the occasional clatter of vessels from the kitchen, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful environment. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you 're in Norcross and craving authentic Thai cuisine, The Thai is a must-visit spot. Delicious food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere—what more could you ask for?

Great place for Thai food. Very friendly staff, good selection, nice decor, and the robot delivering to-go orders to the front register was interesting. Would eat here again.
