Chipotle Mexican Grill - Norcross

Last month I came here and got 2 bowls food was ice cold. Tried this store again employees are playing around, cussing standing around. I get to order my bowl they didn’t have rice ready or any quest at all. My chips are

Didn’t want to give more than one salad dressing. As if there is a policy I can only have one with my order. But it’s different depending on the worker and that is annoying. I called and they said I just had to ask for them.

Second time in a row i’ve come to pick up an order with guac added and it was not on there.

First time ever eating at chipotle and i can honestly say i was not disappointed it was good not to bad of a price and i enjoyed it. Fast quick and easy meal it definitely was. The proportion was enough i was full an able to share it with my one year old . We had a bowl with chicken, rice, lettuce, corn , caso cheese and black beans . It was just right reminds me of a choppy chop .

I ordered chicken bowl and price was 8.50 9.01 with a tax) but they charged me 24.65. Casher didn't know how to credit or cancel a transaction. Chipotle robbed my money !!! This is not the casher's problem but it is Chipotle's problem. Please pay me back !!!
