This is some of the best sushi I've tried outside of Tokyo. Although English isn't spoken here, the staff is accommodating. It's about a 20-minute drive from the city center, but it’s definitely worth it—this must be the best sushi in Kanazawa. I have tried many sushi restaurants in JP, and this is one of the best one in JP. Tahei sushi provides great quality of sea foods and local kanazawa foods. What makes them unique is that combination of both their knowledge of how they serve foods and how they present each dish or each sushi. Here you can experience local, but true Kanazawa style sushi.
Great sushiya, great food, warm reception by the master Shinjirosan, who also speaks good English and explains all dishes. Strongly recommended
