I go here about once a week and I love their consistency In flavor and service! My favorite is extra hot. I was just introduced to the Maryland dry spice and it was great too!

Regularly get delivery from here, only place I’ve ever ordered from that somehow keeps their fries crispy even when delivered. Great chicken, better sauces!

We ordered a steak quesadilla but a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was brought to the table. The lady took it back to the kitchen. When we received the steak quesadilla it looked like the ingredients from the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was transferred to the quesadilla. I went to the register to question the ingredients in the quesadilla and the cooks were standing at the window. One of the cook started to argue with me (the customer) about the steak quesadilla. The manager or owner was standing there and he acted like he did not care about what was happening. The manager or owner did not offer to recook the steak quesadilla or refund the money. He acted like he did not care what happened to a regular customer. No ingredients are listed on the order board. A customer cannot assume ingredients used for the food at this restaurant .

Class Act Customer Service! We order carry out every few weeks from Wings to Go and the food has always been great and our order is always accurate. This past weekend when I got back home with my order, I realized my onion rings were not in the bag. I called to explain I didn’t receive my full order, and the very first thing they did was apologize and offer to deliver the onion rings to my house. What great customer service!! All businesses make mistakes but it was so refreshing to experience excellent customer service that not only made the situation right, but did so without further inconvenience to the customer and in a friendly “we care about you” kind of way. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days and Wings to Go exemplified it. That small gesture just made me a customer for life. Thanks for being great!

We typically order boneless wings from here. I make an effort to try different flavors every visit, and none of them disappoint. Always cooked and sauced perfectly. We tried the BBQ bacon burger, and it was amazing for a place that’s mainly advertised for wings.
