A la belle dame - Nogent-sur-Seine

Charming restaurant on the quay of the river Seine. Nice dishes made from regional fresh products. At noon ; every day a different formule. Evening : choice between meat, fish or vegetarian dish. Its better here to trust on the cooks experience and creativity than to be surprised by quick tasteless uniform flavours in some other restaurants.

Stopped in for dinner one night and had a very nice country style meal. You are served a 4 course meal du jour. For just 18 Euros. Great food, service, atmosphere, and great value.

A delightful restaurant experience on a spring evening. Visiting French restaurants is often about the experience and atmosphere as it is about the food. Here is a picture book interior, red checked tablecloths, low beamed ceiling and friendly proprietor and staff. A simple four well presented courses for a silly 17€ and decent wine at a sensible price. There are unfortunately fewer of these places each year so if you have the chance go and experience a proper French country restaurant.

Cadre tres cosy en face de la Seine toute proche . Tres bon rapport qualité/prix dans les assiettes et chambres d' hotel tres agreables. A recommander vivement !

Le lieu est charmant et l'ambiance déco : le lavabo des toilettes est installé sur un pied de machine à coude Singer ! Menu unique qui plaît : la salle est pleine et il est prudent de réserver . Le service est aimable et souriant, on passe un bon moment sans chichis , et la nourriture est bonne : what else ?
