Starbucks - Nogales

I always prefer to visit the Starbucks at Safeway. The baristas provide friendly service and remember their customers. I've even been asked if I'd like my favorite drink, a Venti Cinnamon Dolce! What a wonderful touch of personalized service. Thank you!

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant today. I ordered a black iced tea lemonade, but both times they made it with green tea instead. Additionally, they didn’t add enough pumps of sugar, and the drink was so ice-filled that it ended up tasting completely watered down. I specifically requested 7 extra pumps of sugar syrup and extremely light ice, but they clearly didn’t follow my instructions. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order or encountered problems with their system not being able to read the QR code from the app. I would recommend going to the standalone Starbucks across the street instead.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff is friendly and wonderful. Marta and Ivy are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Appreciate your hard work, thank you!

Won't go here again! Got an iced shaken Latte! Did not get any of the toppings or syrup in it, I asked the barista my order flavor was wrong all they did was grab my cup and pump syrup and give it back, that's not polite, they should have fixed my entire drink instead.
