Little Caesars Pizza - Noblesville

The service was slow and often inaccurate. While it was convenient for my ride, I've experienced too much bad service here. I think I'll take my kid’s pizza order somewhere else.

The pizza was undercooked and not ready when we arrived. Our order was incorrect, and we couldn't get in touch with the owner for assistance. We didn't receive a refund for our $50 custom order. I recommend taking your business elsewhere until they improve their service.

The crazy bread I ordered was more like crazy dough ball, which is crazy that it had been in the warmer since I arrived and placed my order. WOW!

Arrived just after 2pm. Waited for what felt like 15 mins. Got the attention of an employee prepping dough. Fingered at me 1 sec. Then seen a child run up front grab a phone then went out back. What looked like the mgr came from the back with a taco bell bag, having a conversation with another employee just saunter up to the counter. Not told sorry about your way how can I help you What can i get for you Then was told it 'll be a 10 min wait on pizza. Just horrible customer service. Will not recommend.

Just ordered from here, food hot, what you?d typically expect from Little Caesars, but when we pulled up, service was atrocious. McKenzie was either speaking with an employee or on her phone. I usually wouldn?t mind fun workplace banter but I don?t think the topic of conversation is appropriate in front of customers. I wanted to order a pizza, crazy bread and two sides of cheese sauce. She confirmed ?extra most bestest and two cheeses? (but didn?t confirm the crazy bread) and told us to pull around, so I kinda figured it?d be wrong. When she came out to deliver, I received a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza a miscommunication I?m sure. But when I apologized and told her that it wasn?t what I ordered, she seemed upset and brought back one cheese sauce and the crazy bread and told me it was the same price. It was not, I checked into it on my own time. But nonetheless I think the situation could have been handled better on her part and I wish I would have gotten what I paid for.
