Chili's Grill Noblesville

I witnessed a cook in a red hoodie throw a sour cream at another employee. He then stormed out of the establishment scream profanities. “**** Chili’s!” Managers came out and apologized to the customers. The Bartender D was awesome and collected about the entire situation.

I wouldn't offer chips to customers when they sit down if there is a charge for them. I would phrase it differently, especially since when I signed up for the club, you used to receive free chips every time you visited. However, I didn't order any chips this time. Apart from that, everything else was good.

I like Chili's overall, but avoid this location. My rating was because my server completely ignored us until the very end and tried to give us a lot of attention right after giving us the bill. Due to this low service, I gave an okay tip but not super stellar. The server actually tried to confront me about it and I told him it was not an error, and then she went in the back and yelled about us to another employee where we could hear.

Restaurant was not busy yet service was terrible. The management ignored the customers and wondered around the restaurant not helping the wait staff who was clearly struggling. No refills of drinks despite asking for them. Food was good but I'm not likely to return because of poor service.

I have visited this restaurant twice and both times I ordered the same meal, but they brought me the wrong food on both occasions. The first time, I was charged for both the incorrect order and the corrected one. Today, when it happened again, the server did not apologize and insisted that I had not ordered correctly. The manager was helpful in resolving the issue, but after this happening more than once, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
