Starbucks - Nob

Stay clear of this location. I have a family member who was forced to come into work by the store manager with a fever. Not low grade, a high fever. Then another time with the stomach flu. The manager does not care about the health of the employees or the customers. I will never order at this location again knowing this now.

This Starbucks has been here for a few years, but it was my first visit. It won't be my last. First off, it's a pretty large location to be situated downtown Norfolk. They have lots of seating and a good amount of space to wait on your food and/or beverage. The staff is super nice. I got my new fave Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai...check it out. It's perfect for those who don't really care for the dairy (or dairy is not your friend if you catch what I'm saying). And I just learned you can get it hot! I'll have to try that out at another store!! The drink is sooo good, the customer in front of me ordered one and I got stopped on my way out to inquire what foaming goodness I had in my hand. Go try it today!!

Very friendly service, strategic location, clean and comfortable, suitable for hanging out with friends or partners.

Early Morning there are a few guys living on the street but they dont bother you in fact the staff leaves water for them. Great Staff and they get my order

The employees at this Starbucks are stellar!Every time I walk in there on my lunch break, they always take care of me with excellent care and they're always very personable!
