フィードバックを提供するWe went to Bridges on a Sunday afternoon to catch up with family and friends for a celebration. There were about 50 adults and 15 children under 10. The staff were very obliging, there is a great playroom for the children and plenty of room outside if the weather is OK. 10 children and 25 adults stayed on for dinner, pre-booked of course, everyone enjoyed their meal. We have been many times before and will certainly be returning.
Went with a group of around 50 people for Xmas in July lunch. Food was delicious and service was really good. Of course we had booked in advance and it was a set meal, but I could not say anything bad about our service and meal.
We all had their 2 courses plus a glass of wine special for $25 and agreed it was worth what we paid. It wasn’t great, but there was nothing wrong with it, and the service was quite attentive. I didn’t particularly like my spring rolls entrée and found the dipping sauce quite strange (almost like some sort of fruit chutney more suited to Indian food) . The “Chicken Parma” main was better, but was typical pub-style food, with lots of chips (which some would love). Those that chose dessert instead of an entree seemed to quite enjoy them.A big venue with some nice bushland views from some windows. I’ve been told it has a cosy feeling about it when the open fire is lit during cold weather.I wouldn’t hurry back, but would probably give it another chance if in the area.
I've eaten here a couple of times over the past month. Beautiful setting with bushland views. Enjoyed lunch with friends. Amazing lunch menu Wednesday-Friday at $25 for two courses plus a wine, beer, soft drink or coffee. My barramundi fillet was grilled on request and accompanied by chips and salad while my dessert was mini pavlova with berries and cream. My husband enjoyed an entree of spring rolls and the same main as me. The second time we had a Cudo voucher for 3 courses plus a drink. The shared antipasto platter consisted of all the usual Italian items but was far too much for us. We could choose our main course from the ordinary menu (not the two or 3 dishes one sometimes encounters with vouchers). My macadamia crusted atlantic salmon fillet was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a coup cos salad and lemon marmalade while my husband chose the fish of the day which was equally generous and delicious. By this time we could not manage dessert however the staff offered to package the mud cake embellished with macarons, ganache and strawberries for us to take home. We could not fault the staff who were only too happy to assist. My only negative comment was that the cutlery was not changed between the entree and main course.
Had lunch here and were surprised it was a lovely resturant in a nursery. The nursery was nothing to talk about but the food in the restaurant great. The restaurant itself is very large. The staff attentive, not overbearing, friendly and efficient with their service. The food was delicious, fresh and well cooked to our requests. Love the atmosphere and yes if we got an opportunity would return. This restaurant is recommended.
