フィードバックを提供するI had a disappointing experience with customer service at the Eastwood Mall location. The staff member seemed to misunderstand my order, and despite my attempts to clarify, she still made the wrong sandwich. I've never experienced anything like this here before.
I give it 3 stars because the workers need to be more cleaner and know there job more they may need more help there jobs and costumer services
Extra pickles on my turkey sandwich I love their cookies I always buy 2 of them
I used to frequent the Subway on Parkman, but I've stopped going since the manager has a rather unpleasant demeanor. They have lost a loyal customer because of this. Their loss!
As I waited, I saw her preparing food for another customer instead of focusing on my order. Eventually, she cut my sandwich and wrapped it up, but then she got distracted with someone else’s order. When she finally handed me my sandwich, she said, “I was alone,” which I found puzzling because I had clearly been waiting. I felt disrespected by her attitude, so I decided to leave and find something to eat elsewhere. It wouldn’t have taken much time to complete my order; my card was out and ready. It felt like they were more focused on the excitement of taking new orders than on serving the customers who were already there. I left and ended up getting a meal at a different place without any issues. For me, online ordering is a better option; that way, I can avoid waiting. The Subway at Oxford in Alliance is excellent, but this particular experience just didn’t meet my expectations. My sandwich was poorly made, with only three toppings and a dressing. I’m patient, but when two customers are being treated the same way, it’s just frustrating. I just wanted a simple sub!
